You've got it clearing your left and right side divs, so it
is appearing below them at the left.
Change the styles to:
#content
{
margin-left: 150px;
margin-top: 150px;
width: 525px;
border: solid 1px red;
}
And you can tweak from there. The red border is a good testing
technique, turn on a coloured border for the major page elements
and you can see where they are and how they fit with one another.
If I were you I'd be including the trailing ; on all your rules,
it is easy to add an extra rule and forget to add the ; to what
was previously the last one and then problems you can't figure
out start to occur.
I'd also try to keep it all lower case too, just for consistecy
and ease of maintenance.
