Well, you cut off the explanation. Unless you specifically have a lot
of 4.x users (I had some projects like that even now), I wouldn't
bother with a 4.x style sheet and @import all the styles. There is
just no business case that would justify the extra work. As a
developer, yes, we want to do that, but with deadlines in mind, I'd
say that time is spent better on writing proper handover documents.
