I have an IE problem that I was hoping to get some help on. I am currently converting an existing design to CSS from a table based layout. I need to be as standards based as possible as well as providing a high level of accessibility.
Other than using way more "divs" than I'd like, I have pretty much been able to achieve a workable design until I tried to replicate a two column list with underlines and hover effects. Looks fine in Firefox. In IE 6, the list spacing is wrong when the page loads. As you hover over each of the links, it shifts down into its proper position. The problem, I believe, has to do the IE floating pixel problem, but I cannot seem to find a workable solution. Any gurus out there willing to give a CSS newbie a hand?
