Okay, that's it, I've had it. I don't know if someone has figured out
this flickering business yet, but I bloody well intend to TRY crushing 
that hard-shelled devil m'self! There has GOT to be some way to suppress 
that flicker. Millions of sidebar advertisers are getting ready to mail 
dog turds to Mozilla, and we can't have that.

Sure hope I can get a good local test case, tho...
