Hello again, I hope that I am not just overwhelming the message board. but I have been working on these drop down menus for some time now and I am excited that they are reborn in lists and ready for testing and sharing,
I am attempting to make this version of my CSS JavaScript hybrid drop down menus semantically correct (I think that's the correct term any way). I have come to believe this version <http://www.plattdaddy.com/rollovers/seo-friendly-drop.htm> , while a step in the right direction, is just not the best way to structure my HTML foundation. This Drop down Menu <http://www.plattdaddy.com/rollovers/CHOPPdrop22.htm> is the way I would like to do it, but I may as well ask for some help here, as I am loosing patients with these unordered lists nested within ordered lists, grouping the links numerically. I am stuck trying to change from this HTML structure <http://www.plattdaddy.com/rollovers/friendly-drop-BARE.htm> to this newly conceived <http://www.plattdaddy.com/rollovers/CHOPPvgcc.htm> version. This is what happens when you add the JavaScript and CSS you get this <http://www.plattdaddy.com/rollovers/CHOPPdrop22.htm> . These menus do have a bit of a learning curve, so I suggest you copy them to your server and see what you can do with them! Just link back to my menu page (honor system) if you want to use (study & implement) any of the CSS drop down menus I feature on my site. Thanks in advance for any testing! Let me know if any one is able to get these bad boys to straighten up and fly right.
