I have managed to style my form's textarea with CSS and it works in Opera but
not in IE6. I wanted a navy blue textarea background and some colored
corresponding navy scrollbars but am having trouble with rendering in IE6 and I
am not sure how to go about styling the scrollbars with CSS for a form on any
browser-- any tips or help as I am an infant at CSS. Just having all kinds of
trouble. Thanks Jennifer
