IE/win is the only browser I know of that will prevent the user from 
resizing the text, and even there you can get around it in a kludgy 
kind of way.  All my browsers resize the text at the web site you 
mentioned without any difficulty.

Test resize-ability is a critical feature for those with low vision. I 
often leave sites that put text in graphics because they don't 
auto-resize when the text does (most often a problem in navigation 
areas which is the worst place to have this problem).  I know there are 
ways to work around this, such as Opera's zoom feature,  but, why 
should I bother?  The information is almost always available elsewhere 
in a more accessible format.

The web is a fluid place where the user is in control.  Learn to be 
flexible.
