IE/win is the only browser I know of that will prevent the user from resizing the text, and even there you can get around it in a kludgy kind of way. All my browsers resize the text at the web site you mentioned without any difficulty. Test resize-ability is a critical feature for those with low vision. I often leave sites that put text in graphics because they don't auto-resize when the text does (most often a problem in navigation areas which is the worst place to have this problem). I know there are ways to work around this, such as Opera's zoom feature, but, why should I bother? The information is almost always available elsewhere in a more accessible format. The web is a fluid place where the user is in control. Learn to be flexible.
