I am afraid that I do not know what you mean by 'sticky' menus, unless 
it has something to do with JavaScript. And I know even less about that 
than CSS.
A great resource for CSS lists is <http://css.maxdesign.com.au/>. Be 
sure to check the accompanying browser support charts when you pick a menu.
