This is the strangest rendering issue I have seen and it occurred
without making any changes to the CSS. It was working, now it isn't and
it is a positioning issue. That is why I am coming to you guys. The
issue only occurs with IE. The address is
http://www.sprhs.org/index.php

What happens is this. When you first load the page in IE the content is
skewed to the top and left of the browser window. If you resize the
window, the positioning fixes itself and then if you maximize the window
again the positioning stays correct, until you refresh the browser.
Upon refresh the content skew to the top and left again. I have been
staring at the css but don't know enough to figure out what could have
caused this behavior when everything was working perfectly.

Any help would be great.
