CompuServe was (is still?) owned by AOL.  AOL bought CompuServe and at the
same time they [AOL] were promoting Netscape as the browser of choice for
CompuServe customers.  AOL nearly moved to Netscape, but instead stuck with
IE.  So, I am not 100% sure, but I think the problem may be with a Netscape
browser?

As for Mac browser testing:
IE 5.2.3/Mac is showing the form area as a single column instead of the two
columns displayed by other browsers.  Your client may not be seeing the two
columns, but he is (I'm guessing) at least seeing all the information...it's
just not displaying in two columns.
