Interesting note:  on first load (in IE), the menu appears on top of
other content, but after maximizing/shrinking (not minimizing) the
window, the menu appears right below the banner like I assume it should.
Hitting refresh on the page doesn't make the menu move from its correct
position.  Even closing the window and reopening it doesn't budge the
menu back to its bad position.  I tried clearing the cache and going
back, but still no bad position again.

The menu is the only thing I noticed that doesn't appear decently,
though I assume you know you have horizontal scrolling at 800x600.  I'm
not sure exactly where your green left column is supposed to end so I
didn't really look at that.

One more note:  that sure is a heck of a lot of vertical scrolling.
