Hi Felix... Thanks for pointing these issues out. I still have some tweaking to do. Much appreciated. For what it's worth, I set the CSS font sizes to em values, not px, so that they are relative to what the browser is set to. Would you still consider that to be, as you put it, "so disrespectful?"
I thought that by at least having the relative units of ems, I was playing it safe, whereby when some CSS designers set font sizes to px, one can't resize the text. To me, that's what's disrespectful. :-) By the way, I was wondering what browser your screen shot was in? I've only tested on Win/IE6.
