That's what the CSS spec says, but it shouldn't be defined there as it
is, because it is very misleading. Pixels are relative to display
resolution and screen size, but since that relativity applies to
everything on the screen, it has no relevance to any CSS relative
properties discussion or CSS rule, unless you're discussing the
exceedingly rare user who intentionally adjusts screen object sizes by
changing resolution. Given the size of the screen and the resolution of
any particular user's system, a px is thus a fixed size unit.
