I think the more fundamental problem is that IE7b2 still shows the list 
whitespace bug, as Eric Shepherd reported. Confirmed here.

So what sense makes reporting bugs to MS that are already reported for a 
long, long time?

(zoom does not validate, and does not serve IE5, so you need a CC to fix 
that bug)
