Hi,
Sometimes there can be found a workaround with transparent gif's and/or 
transparent dropshadows instead of png's, but that depends strongly of 
the image and background(s) in question. Do you have a link to the 
"Index/MainLogo.png", and some more description about the different 
backgrounds you intend to use?
