Nope, it isn't that.  That was my first thought as well.  I've tried to rule
out as much as I can.  The only variable between the two sites are the
machines serving up the pages.  I'll have to check this on my home PC when I
get a chance to see if it is goofy there as well.  If it is, I don't know
what to do, unless someone has any more possible suggestions.  :(
