This should help to start you off: http://thinkdrastic.net/journal/wp-content/fieldset_testing.html It looks about right in IE6 and Firefox 1.5, though it doesn't look right in Opera 9TP2. You might need to play with the "padding" on fieldset and "top" on legend to make it work with your layout.
