All other browsers must mean excluding Opera then? In IE, I don't see them at all. Looks like they're JavaScript menus, not CSS. (I haven't got JS installed on IE) Anyway, I found a solution that makes it work properly in Opera, but you'll have to check if it works for IE as well.
