Suggestion: - Try setting 'minimum font size = 32px' in Opera. A bit extreme, but that option is supposed to make text very readable. It doesn't. - Try resizing fonts in IE6. Since that won't work; try 'ignore font size' in IE6. Doesn't work to well either, I'm afraid. Conclusion: - Try *not to* set font-sizes/line-heights in pixels.
