Re: inheritance: I meant to also note that IE/Win doesn't always adhere to the spec, and in particular does not support the 'inherit' keyword at all. Just a tiny little "gotcha" there. My understanding is that this is "high" on the CSS fix list for IE7, but that it is not yet implemented.
