Hmmm... I don't know if I even want to think about those problems,
since I don't have any way of testing win98. I think I can say that IE
6, which was designed for 98, works just like it does on XP, while FF
and Opera are not so backwards compatible? So should I worry about
support for FF and Opera on win98?

And can anyone test IE 7 on XP and Safari on OS X?
