I'm a little behind reading my email, but I did not see any replies.  
I'm not sure I fully understand your question.  It would be easier to 
understand if there was a sample page to work with.  Can you send us a 
url to your test page?

In general, data that doesn't fit in the space assigned to it is a 
problem.  Web pages are intended to be flexible and can't be designed 
like printed material.  Different users have different size fonts so 
your page has to be flexible.  Even if it looks good to you there is no 
guarantee it will look the same to all users.  Give us a test page to 
look at and we can give you some ideas about how to make it more 
flexible.
