Sorry, I googled for "unconditional" instead of "conditional". It's been a long day!
Later, I plan to remove the CSS from the page and have it in a seperate file. So I don't think the conditional comments will work...? please correct me if I'm wrong. Also, I don't understand how to use these to keep the page from breaking.
