I'm trying to set up page margins via CSS. Both "Cascading Style Sheets: The Definitive Guide" (Meyer, 2004) and "Cascading Style Sheets" (Bos & Lie, 2005) mention @page. The examples, however, in both books, however, are contained in <style> elements. I put this in my external style sheets and it didn't work (I didn't think it would).
