Radomly started change things and got the menu and context to work. Don't have a clue why.

Your footer ending up on the top of the main content must be problem in the css. You position the div in which your content is with CSS. The only thing SSI does, is put in the content where you put the include tag. If you do it for example like this: <div id="header"> <!--#include virtual="/include/header.html" --> </div> <div id="menu"> <!--#include virtual="/include/menu.html" --> </div> <div id="content"> Yabbedeeyabedeeyab. </div> <div id="footer"> <!--#include virtual="/include/footer.html" --> </div> It should work well if you have the css correct.
