The menu is made up of nested unordered lists. It looks the way I
want (still tinkering a bit) in Safari, Firefox, and Opera on a Mac,
and Firefox on a PC. It turns ugly in IE (PC and Mac), but in
different ways.

In IE on the Mac, it looks like a float issue of some sort. The
first item of the second level menu is overlapping the section of the
first level that it is nested in, and pushing it to the left.

On the PC, there is a second dotted line behind the last link. Also,
when the page is refreshed, ALL styling of the links vanishes and
won't come back (unless you clear the cache, close the program, and
start over).

The site is barely started, so this is the only page to look at right
now (CSS and HTML both validate):
http://www.d2care.org/copyright.php
CSS http://www.d2care.org/css/basic.css

Thanks for any help. I'm still just learning CSS and I really do
appreciate it.
