Yes. (if your page is 800px wide).
You do know that there are people out there with PDAs, and that 
there are also people who don't surf full screen? (and even a few 
on very old monitors with a 640x480 resolution)
Let's turn the question around though: what are you gaining by 
using negative margins to center the page as opposed to setting 
the margins to auto?
