It's improved and fine on the PC IE, but on Safari and Navigator the footer runs up to the navigation, behind the iframe. Alot of the problem is that I wanted the iframe to be indented by a margin-right 15 pixels and this was too much for it. It would be nice if I could indent it more towards the navigation though.
I still also have the problem on safari/navigator where the navigation is about 20 or so pixels off the right side. thanks for the assistance so far.
