My apologies because things seem to be okay now. I did see it in the browser
originally and then it was correct a little later. The only thing I can say is
I use Dreamweaver and the page does show up with the double right margin in the
program. However upload to server is okay.

I can't see such an error in the article.
The only thing I can think of is that you somehow have repeated the
negative margin on two, nested, elements.
Do you have a link to one of your own pages which shows the problem?
