-----Original Message----- >Mike, it shows up white in both IE6 and Firefox 1.5.0.3 running on Win2K here. This issue appears to be a Windows only thing... maybe even only Windows XP. I've tested it here and IE/Safari/Firefox Mac are working fine. However, I've verified that on two Windows XP Pro machines, using Firefox 1.5.0.3, textareas cannot be assigned a background-color of white if they're set to readonly. Someone mentioned that this doesn't happen in Windows 2k, so maybe it's a bug relating to FF and Windows XP. Can anyone else verify on various Windows machines? ______________________________________________________________________ css-discuss [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.css-discuss.org/mailman/listinfo/css-d IE7b2 testing hub -- http://css-discuss.incutio.com/?page=IE7 List wiki/FAQ -- http://css-discuss.incutio.com/ Supported by evolt.org -- http://www.evolt.org/help_support_evolt/
