Personally I hate the trend of using strikethrough for visited links. Strikethrough means the text is invalid (and should normally have a replacement as you do with the DEL and INS tags), and not that you have seen this page already. If I come back to your site after a day and show it to someone else that person wouldn't be able to read the navigation or wonder if those links are not available.
