I'm about to go insane attemping to implement a vertical js scroller containing a css drop down menu. I've toyed with overflow, z-index, you name it...but I just can't get this to work correctly.
Here's what I'm dealing with: http://demo.wfp.com/test3.asp That's the page, with the javascript function in place. Scroll over the menu items...you can see that the child menu cuts off and is not visible. This is the page sans calling the js, same structure; you can see the hover behavior working as it should: http://demo.wfp.com/test4.asp I thought about canning the css drop down and attempting the same thing with a tooltip...but the same clipping issue occurs. Does this make sense? Any one have any ideas what I'm doing wrong? My undying gratitude to the person who can solve my issue! Thanks in advance!
