I just started rebuilding a site with CSS. The work-in-progress demo is
off my site at:

http://www.dottedi.biz/demo_caps/

main stylesheet is at: www.dottedi.biz/demo_caps/stylesheet.css
vertical nav stylesheet at: www.dottedi.biz/demo_caps/vnav.css
horizontal nav stylesheet at: www.dottedi.biz/demo_caps/hnav.css

This is a fixed width, centered layout. The odd behavior - in IE only -
and with both navigation menus (which I use commonly without gliches).
If you first load the page in IE, all looks well. However, if you
expand/contract IE browser horizontally the bulk of the page does what
it should but both menus are pulling with the left edge. Equally odd -
if you move the cursor, hover over either menu, they will jump back into
place, re-center. This doesn't happen in Firefox - if you do look in
firefox, please ignore the fact that I haven't synchronzed the look/feel
yet, there are some odd spacings.

I have tried a variety of different things to get this right, none
successfully yet. I'm 99.9% sure that it has nothing to do with the
menu css, perhaps something with floating the images in the masthead?

Thx, Bob
