I don't see them working fine in Firefox on Windows. I don't see any drop-downs - presumably they drop down behind the Flash element, which I see happening on a lot of pages. I don't know if it's a Flash issue or a Firefox issue, but I'm not sure I've ever been to a page where drop down menus _don't_ appear behind Flash elements.
