First post to the list ... I've been pulling my hair out trying to get a simple div of menu links to center on a page using class="Adm-Menu". On a lark, I removed the hyphen from the name and "poof" all was well.
I found it odd that a hyphenated class name applied to <h1> worked fine, but not for a hyphenated name on a div. While I think it's easier to just avoid hyphens, the team I'm developing with is using them extensively in CSS naming conventions. Does anyone have a resource for which elements are adversely affected by hyphens in the name. Does this apply to id's also? Thanks in advance, Denise ______________________________________________________________________ css-discuss [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.css-discuss.org/mailman/listinfo/css-d IE7b2 testing hub -- http://css-discuss.incutio.com/?page=IE7 List wiki/FAQ -- http://css-discuss.incutio.com/ Supported by evolt.org -- http://www.evolt.org/help_support_evolt/
