Not at all :-)
Just add...

* html body #content {display: block;}
/**/
...somewhere after the existing styles, and IE/Mac will get the content
back up again.
The long '* html body' selector is just for adding specificity - in case
it's needed. I didn't (want or need to) look at your stylesheet ;-)
