As Christian alluded to, the great thing about the wiki is that it is a centralized resource. Please check the wiki first to make sure the info you want to send to someone isn't there. If is there, send them the link to the wiki page. If it isn't there, and it's a frequently asked question such as this, please add it to the wiki and then send them the link to the page you created or updated.
