I had spent some time putting together a "WebDVD" awhile ago, where each
video was simply a link to an AVI file on a file sharing server, which has
disappeared. So tonight, I started converting the thing over to using
embedded YouTube videos. In an attempt to "CSSify" the embedded links they
provide, I came up with pages that look like this:

http://www.eharrishome.com/WebDVD/2000-3.html
(of the 30 linked videos on the "WebDVD," only the four have gotten to
YouTube yet, in case anyone goes looking around the site)

It looks as I intended it to in Firefox, but Internet Explorer ignores the
size specifications entirely. Is this a problem with my implementation or
IE's?

(I do understand that EMBED isn't valid HTML, but I don't know of a valid
HTML way around it)

And once the size of the video itself is fixed, what about the size of the
"Back to Menu" buttons? Do I have to shorten the hidden text in the link
(although it's a big no-no in general, I don't have any real qualms about
making _this_ part of the site unfriendly to text browsers, since the very
idea of a web interface for watching videos is inherently unfriendly to
text browsers)
