The above are two test pages.  The div-test shows odd results for different 
browsers.  Works great in IE5 and IE6 on Win 98 but does different things in 
NS7, Mozilla, and Opera.

The div-test is the one I am trying the figure out and the css is on page.  I 
write the css in one long line rather than multiple lines - just a preference.

Any ideas if this can be easily made to work in multiple browsers or is iframes 
the best cross-browser solution?

I haven't worked with div layouts that much so my ignorance may be the problem.
