Yes, delete them. The Colorado Bar Association /and / vertical bars for 
the menu is really stretching it a bit,  me thinks

These are warnings, and they  are probably safely ignored-- providing, 
of course, that you have thoroughly tested your site.

Yes, I have a quick recommendation-- delete them, too. You are setting 
your client up. And they are detracting from the content of the site.
