Well, I don't see the CJK charaters here.  But perhaps the problems lies
in either the invalid page code (especially having stuff after the closing
/html tag) and not declaring a language or character set for the page. 
And you don't give the browser any clues as to which font to use if
georgia is not present - assuming it even knows you want georgia, as the
css is full of errors as well.

Get the page and stylesheet valid, and I bet that problem will disappear
quickly.  :)
