Hello all!

Thanks again for all the help I got on the last project :) This list is a
lifesaver.

I took everyone's advice and tried to do my layout with almost no absolutely
positioned elements. This layout only has one, and if someone can tell me how
to better place the logo element without absolute positioning, I'd be thrilled.

The REAL problem though, is that I'm having some browser incompatibility issues.

The background of this page is one DIV called "wallpaper" with three divs
nested within it. Each of the first two is a solid color, and the third has a
repeating tile. I thought that this might work well because (at least in my
imagination) it would decrease the load time by having smaller/fewer images. I
also thought this approach might give me some more flexibility for page height.

in Mozilla:
 - the green navigation area has the text flush right with some padding to move
it left. For some reason the padding wants to show up outside the DIV. I don't
have this issue in IE. How to compensate for Mozilla?

 - the third of the background wallpaper DIVs no longer goes to the bottom of
the page. This wasn't a problem at all until I started adding floated content
in the body of the page. Any clue how I can get it to "see" the content so that
the background doesn't continue to fall short?

in IE:
 - For some reason the green DIV isn't sitting right. I don't even know how to
explain what it's doing but maybe you can see what i am talking about

 - The background DIV doesn't even pretend to sit behind the content anymore.

Maybe I'm trying to do the impossible here.... maybe I'm not understanding
something simple or maybe I'm improperly using tags. Any and all help is
GREATLY appreciated. I learned so much the last time around. Thanks again :)
