Brian, First thing I always do is to try to validate the (x)html and css. Your xhtml validated but your css generated the following errors:

I viewed it using Safari 2.0.4 and Firefox 1.5.0.6. I didn't visit every page but I did visit every menu item. In Safari I couldn't see any obvious errors. In Firefox it looked as though the search button and the search box overlapped by a few pixels.
