The hover seems to work now. However, there is a problem when your page is viewed with a larger text size, or at "normal" settings in IE and Opera when viewed on a high-definition screen with the OS set to 120 PPI, as is mine.
The menu wraps; the "about us" drop-down is above "Sitemap", and that interferes with the drop-down, preventing you from reaching the sub-menu items. Cordially, David. --
