That is ... interesting alt text. You should probably install a copy
of Lynx and test it with that.

Do you have any security software installed on those PCs? I wouldn't
be surprised if you had some form of possibly transparent) proxy
server that was looking at those dimensions and blocking the image due
to the likelyhood of those dimensions belonging to an advert.
