Hi,

I am currently writing on the first demo chapters of a new book, and
one of these chapters will be "Where and How to Get Help When Things
Go Wrong". One of the resources I am going to list is of course CSS-D,
so it would be great if you could tell me *off-list* from both new
joiners perspective what the biggest annoyances were and from long
term list member perspective what the biggest problems with questions
are.

I want to include something like a checklist/blueprint as to how to
ask for advice to the best possible anwers.

thanks,
Chris
