That's great, but here's the real question: what are > *your* stats? Stats are great for generalities, but if *your* audience > primarily uses IE 5 (or IE4, for that matter) then you should be > designing for your audience, and screw the "general statistics".
I totally agree. It's all about your audience. We design mainly for musicians who tend to be early adopters and a little more technologically advanced as are their audiences. According to our stats IE 5.X PC/Mac dropped below 1% around the beginning of the year so we stopped supporting it around then too (thank God!!!). We haven't had a complaint since but don't have a problem telling our clients "dude, you/they need to upgrade". ;-) AC -- Audra Coldiron Rock-n-Roll Design & Hosting http://rock-n-roll-design.com ______________________________________________________________________ css-discuss [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.css-discuss.org/mailman/listinfo/css-d IE7b2 testing hub -- http://css-discuss.incutio.com/?page=IE7 List wiki/FAQ -- http://css-discuss.incutio.com/ Supported by evolt.org -- http://www.evolt.org/help_support_evolt/
