I know css books have been discussed to death but I am looking for one or more
that deal with especially hacks and conditional comments and there proper use
for creating cross-browser css sites. Which browsers handle the comments,
which ignore them, and a list of the comments that can be used to get css to do
what I want in multiple browsers. I find that style @import does work quite
well but am looking for a better (more modern and up to date) way.
