Hi list, I am a CSS newbie, and rely a bit on example frameworks found on the net. I played around with
http://blog.html.it/layoutgala/LayoutGala34.html of Alessandro Fulcinitis LayoutGala, and like it a lot. I would like to expand column 3 (the orange "extras") down to the footer, though. Regardless how much content in it, the background shouldn't shine through. I understand fiddling mindlessly around can crash the whole design (which I don't fully grasp yet) and it's browser compatibility, thus I ask: Any hints?
