I am useless at fixing stuff, so just a couple of observations after a 
very quick look, Marcello.

In ie/6.0 I think it may be difficult to hold the drop-downs long enough 
to click them at any other font-size setting than 'medium'
(I must admit, I did a double-take when the drop-down text enlarged, but 
primary menu text did not-- I forgot about the images).
The #fff  border-bottom breaks right at 'larger' and 'largest.'
You might view it 'accessibility mode' and see what you think.

It seemed fine to me in firefox/1.5.0.7 and opera/9.01. Take a look in 
both browsers with images disabled ( don't forget a background-color for 
the page when you get to the final version-- defaulting to fuchsia in 
opera, here).
